Why it is free
Leasework has no accounts, no login, and no saved history — the tool is designed to be used transiently: paste leases, get the ranked list, done. There is nothing to subscribe to, no saved state to unlock, and every analysis costs nothing to serve (pure arithmetic on a Cloudflare Worker). Charging would require accounts and payment infrastructure that would add friction to a tool built for a quick, honest answer. If a paid tier becomes viable with accounts and a subscription flow in the future, pricing will be revisited then.
What this plan includes
The free plan includes every feature currently built on this site — unlimited lease analyses, configurable turnover cost, transparent break-even arithmetic, ranked worklist with named flags. No feature is gated, no limit is imposed.
Payment processing
Leasework currently does not charge for the tool. No payment gateway is active on the site, and no payment method is required. There is nothing to pay for at this time.
Future changes
If pricing is introduced in the future, existing users will be notified on this page. The core ranking and arithmetic functionality will remain as described — no retroactive limits or charges on work done while free.
