Terms of service

Note on legal status

The legal entity, jurisdiction, and governing law for Leasework are not yet designated at the time of publication. These terms describe the practical rights and responsibilities of using the tool. Complete terms including governing law, dispute resolution, and a defined contracting entity will be published when the business has been constituted.

Use of the service

Leasework is a ranked renewal worklist tool for multifamily property operators. You may use the tool to compute break-even arithmetic on lease data you provide. The tool is provided for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional property-management, legal, or fair-housing advice.

No advice or prediction

Leasework does not predict resident behaviour, recommend rent amounts, or assess credit, risk, or fair-housing compliance. The tool performs arithmetic on the inputs you supply. Any flags, rankings, or break-even figures are derived solely from those inputs and the formulas described on the site. You are responsible for your own leasing decisions.

Data you provide

You retain full ownership of the lease data you submit. Leasework does not store, sell, share, or retain your data beyond the transient computation described in the privacy notice. You represent that the data you submit is yours to process and does not violate any third-party rights.

Acceptable use

Service availability

The tool is provided "as is" without any warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no uptime guarantee and no service-level agreement. The operators may modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Billing

Leasework is currently free to use. There is no charge for accessing the lease-analysis tool, submitting lease data, or viewing results. No payment method is required, and no billing information is collected.

What you are not charged for

Billing-related contact details are not yet available. No billing system is active on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operators of Leasework shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service matures. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. The date of the latest revision is shown below.
