Privacy notice

Note on status of this notice

The legal entity operating Leasework and its registered address, jurisdiction, and supervisory authority are not yet designated at the time of publication. This notice states what the tool does with your data as accurately as possible. A complete privacy notice including controller identity, contact details, and supervisory authority will be published when the business has been constituted.

What data is processed

Leasework processes lease-level data you enter or paste into the worklist tool: unit identifiers, current rent, proposed rent, lease term length, resident tenure, and expiry date. This is data you explicitly provide through the browser interface.

How data is processed

When you submit lease data for analysis, the data is sent as a JSON POST request to /api/analyze, handled by a Cloudflare Worker (an edge-compute server). The worker performs the ranking and break-even arithmetic and returns the results to your browser. The computation is transient — no database, no persistent storage, no logging of your lease data.

What data is not collected

Third-party services

The tool is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare's edge network. Standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user-agent, request timestamp) passes through Cloudflare's infrastructure as part of normal operation. This is inherent in serving the page; Leasework does not log or store this data.

Google Fonts is used for typeface rendering. Your browser contacts fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when loading the page. Refer to Google's privacy notice for their handling of those requests.

Your rights

Because the tool does not store, retain, or log any user-provided data, there is no personal data held by Leasework to access, correct, delete, or port. If you have questions about data handling, contact details for the controller will be published here when the business entity has been constituted.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the service matures. The date of the latest revision is shown below. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated notice where permitted by applicable law.
